I can’t review the fireplace yet because two weeks ago it arrived damaged and I refused delivery. Two weeks later, no one answers my calls or emails. So my review is so far only for customer service and they get a zero rating.
If they don’t get back to me now I will have to contact my credit card company for a refund as the charged my card three weeks ago.

After a significant amount of research, I ended up choosing this fireplace due to the realistic looking flames and crackling sounds. I contacted customer service a few times and they always responded promptly and were helpful. I am looking forward to enjoying this fireplace year-round here in Florida - without the heat function :) Check out the photos showing a few of the color settings.
