Never received replacement

I can’t review the product because it arrived damaged. UPS took it back at the time of delivery due to the damage. It’s been weeks and they never sent a replacement nor did they refund my payment. I’m now letting my bank try and get my refund.

New Bathroom

I renovated my bathroom with this LED mirror and it works great! I used it for about while now and haven’t encountered any issues (:

Loving our fireplace !

After a significant amount of research, I ended up choosing this fireplace due to the realistic looking flames and crackling sounds. I contacted customer service a few times and they always responded promptly and were helpful. I am looking forward to enjoying this fireplace year-round here in Florida - without the heat function :) Check out the photos showing a few of the color settings.
