This fireplace is incredible! The flames are so realistic and the wood logs and crackling sound really do add to the overall feel of a real fire. It has really transformed our living room and we couldn’t be more thrilled!
Love the size, style and ease of installation. Bonus is the log set. Staff is friendly and helpful.
I would buy again. Just know battery not included for remote due to shipping restrictions.

After a significant amount of research, I ended up choosing this fireplace due to the realistic looking flames and crackling sounds. I contacted customer service a few times and they always responded promptly and were helpful. I am looking forward to enjoying this fireplace year-round here in Florida - without the heat function :) Check out the photos showing a few of the color settings.
