At Litedeer Homes, we stand behind the quality of our products. If for any reason you're not satisfied with an item you purchased from us, you can return it within 30 days after delivery for a full refund, without incurring any restocking fees. However, please note that the item must be in its original saleable condition and packaging. Items that have been used or modified in any way cannot be returned.
To initiate a return, please submit your request in writing to support@litedeerhomes.com. Upon receipt of your request, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label and detailed instructions on how to return the item to us.
Please note the following exclusions to our Free Returns Policy:
- Products covered under manufacturer warranty for parts replacement.
- Items that have been used or modified.
- Items lacking their original packaging, including shipping pallets if applicable.
- Customized orders or items.
For returns falling under our Standard Return Policy, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment for the amount of the original order, minus inbound and outbound shipping fees, as well as any associated charges (such as missed delivery or storage fees, restocking fees, etc.).

1. Eligibility for Exchange
Exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery for products that meet all of the following conditions:

The product is new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

All accessories, manuals, decorative media, hardware, and protective materials are intact

The product has NOT been powered on, installed, or modified
-
The request is submitted to Support@litedeerhomes.com and approved before returning the product
⚠️ Installed or used fireplaces are NOT eligible for exchange, regardless of reason.
2. Situations Not Eligible for Exchange
The following circumstances cannot be accepted for exchange:

Products that have been used, installed, powered on, or show signs of operation

Customer subjective preference

“I don’t like the flame color/brightness”

“It doesn’t match my décor”

“My contractor says it doesn’t fit”

“I changed my mind after using it”

Products stored over 14 days without inspection or testing

Shipping damage reported after 14 days

Missing original packaging, foam, screws, or accessories

Custom-made or special-order items
3. Exchange Process

After approval, we will:

Provide a return shipping label (where applicable)

Provide packing instructions

Inspect the returned unit upon arrival

Once the unit is verified as new and unused, you may place a new order for the replacement model.
💡 Exchanges require the same quality check as returns. Any sign of installation/use will void the exchange.
4. Exchange Shipping Costs

If the customer ordered the wrong model/size, the customer is responsible for return shipping & re-delivery costs.

If the exchange is due to a verified product defect (not shipping damage), Litedeer Homes may cover shipping at its discretion.
🔥 Litedeer Homes — Warranty Policy
1. Warranty Coverage
All Litedeer Homes fireplaces include a standard manufacturer’s warranty covering:

Defective components
-
Electrical faults not caused by misuse

Internal hardware or LED boards malfunctioning under normal residential use
(Commercial installations may have different warranty terms.)
Warranty applies ONLY if the product:

Was used according to the manual
-
Was installed correctly
-
Has not been modified or damaged by external factors
2. Warranty Does NOT Cover
To prevent misuse and protect product safety, the following are NOT covered:
❌ Shipping damage reported after 14 days
(This falls under the Shipping Damage Policy and must be reported within 48 hours + 14 days.)
❌ Damage caused by installation errors
Examples:

Power outlet shared with other appliances
-
Incorrect wiring
-
Loose framing or improper recess depth
-
Use of incompatible voltage
❌ Damage caused by misuse or alteration
Including:
-
Removing internal components
-
Using third-party LED boards or decorative media
-
Operating the unit without logs/media installed
-
Water damage / humidity exposure
❌ Cosmetic defects after installation or usage
Such as:

Scratches from customer handling
-
Glass damaged after installation
-
Frame dents caused during renovation
❌ Open-box, used, or refurbished units
3. Warranty Claim Process

Our team will diagnose the issue and determine whether a replacement part or on-site adjustment is required.
4. Warranty Parts & Shipping
If warranty applies:

Replacement parts are free

Customer is responsible for shipping cost unless the defect is confirmed to be manufacturer-related within the first 30 days
-
For LED screen / flame module / PCB replacements, photos/videos must clearly show the malfunction
5. Warranty Limitations
Warranty becomes void if:

Product is installed incorrectly
-
Damage was caused by renovation, moisture, or construction dust
-
Incorrect voltage or power supply was used
-
Customer modified wiring, LED system, or internal structure
-
Evidence of misuse, negligence, or tampering is found
