This fireplace is incredible! The flames are so realistic and the wood logs and crackling sound really do add to the overall feel of a real fire. It has really transformed our living room and we couldn’t be more thrilled!

After a significant amount of research, I ended up choosing this fireplace due to the realistic looking flames and crackling sounds. I contacted customer service a few times and they always responded promptly and were helpful.
