Hassle-Free Returns

You have 30 days to return or exchange items in their original condition and packaging. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and include a receipt or proof of purchase.

To Start a Return

Email us at info@litedeerhomes.com. Returns must be sent to Litedeer Canada or Litedeer USA Warehouse. We’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us within 48 hours for any damage incurred during transit, or for defective or incorrect items.

Exceptions

Non-returnable items include perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.

Exchanges:
Return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Once we inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If the original payment method is unavailable, store credit will be issued. For any questions, please contact info@litedeerhomes.com.

Chargebacks:
Chargebacks without prior communication and a valid reason will be disputed. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us first for resolution. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in future order restrictions or denial of service.
